Social and Emotional Development

  • Perspective Seeking: Through curiosity and communication skills we educate children to expand their thinking, build emotional intelligence, and foster respect to a more nuanced, multi-faceted understanding.

  • Self-Awareness & Confidence: Through guided activities and play-based learning, children will build self-awareness and develop the confidence to express their thoughts and feelings.

  • Conflict Resolution & Empathy: We teach children how to navigate social interactions with peers, including how to share, take turns, and resolve conflicts peacefully, fostering empathy and positive relationships

Academic Readiness

  • Literacy Foundations: We support early literacy skills, including letter recognition, phonemic awareness, and early writing, to ensure your child is prepared for the reading and writing tasks in kindergarten screenings.

  • Numeracy Skills: Basic math concepts such as number recognition, counting, and shape identification are emphasized to give children the confidence to approach math in kindergarten.

  • School Readiness Skills: We help children practice essential pre-academic skills like following directions, staying on task, and organizing materials, which are crucial for success in the screening process and the classroom environment.
