Eliko has been a classroom teacher and tutor for grades Pre-K-5 for over 29 years. She’s taught in public and independent schools in Tokyo, New York City, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles. Most recently for the last 10 years Eliko was the Lead Kindergarten Teacher at The Center for Early Education. Her students build confidence and problem-solving skills through her innovative and practical approach to teaching math concepts. She teaches reading, writing, and spelling using the science of reading. To foster awareness, attention skills, and kindness towards others and themselves, Eliko uses mindfulness and sustainability activities to build students’ social and emotional learning skills.

With two decades of experience as a behaviorist and consultant, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise, insights and interventions to her work. Having partnered with a variety of preschools and early education systems across Los Angeles, she is well-versed in the unique dynamics of how children learn and interact in diverse settings. As an LA native who was educated within the private school sector, Stephanie has a deep understanding of these environments, allowing her to tailor her approach to each child's individual needs.
Whether helping children navigate their emotions, improve social skills, or develop adaptive behaviors, Stephanie is dedicated to creating a nurturing, empowering environment for both children and their families.
